It is extremely useful to have a lottery checker otherwise you may harbour a winning ticket and never be aware of it! Imagine how absolutely terrible that would be!
In May 2009 a 25 year old woman from Mallorca in Spain won a staggering €126,231,764 on the Euromillions lottery. The draw was on Friday and by Monday she still did not know she had won! Ill with flu at home over the weekend, she ignored her phone which was being incessantly called by the director of the Serviapuestas website, where she had bought her ticket, who was trying to get in touch with the winner.
Dreading going to work on Monday because she was ill, the anonymous women felt she had to go anyway in case she lost her job. If she had has a lottery checker to tell her she had won, the lady in question certainly would not have had such a miserable weekend. I’m sure learning that you’ve scooped the Euromillions jackpot would have you forgetting your flu and your job immediately!
