I've just moved into a new flat by myself, so now that I've cleaned, unpacked and settled in, I'm sorting out all my finances.
I've always been a bit rubbish with money and it makes everything so confusing. If I'm not organised I'm more likely to get stuck with late fees and bank charges which is just a huge waste of money!
So I've made a monthly chart of my finances, it shows my paydays, the day my rent is due, the days when all my direct debits like my phone bill and my car insurance come out, (P.S. why is car insurance in the uk so expensive?), and all that other sort of stuff.
That way I always know when I need to pay things, and I can balance my money without stressing or going over my limits! I hate nothing more than a bank charge, it's money for nothing, so there will be no more on my accounts!
